Dave and Gloria McDowell have 5 adult children and 12 non-adult grandchildren. Their 49 yrs. of marriage and ministry have taught them much about life and about God. You would think that after all these years they would have it together and display a perfect marriage, but they continue (sigh) to be imperfect people who have learned to live by God’s grace and the support and prayers of family and friends, to remain committed to their marriage, usable to God, and (hopefully) helpful to others.
Dave graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College (IL), a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a Masters in Sacred Theology from Union Theological Seminary (NYC), and a PhD. from Trinity College and Seminary (IN). Gloria received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Wheaton College and her Masters in Teaching English as a Second Language from Elms College (MA). She is also a gifted musician.
